Hey everypony!
The first of its kind, I present to you the Newgrounds.com My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic art contest!
The theme is obviously ponies, so feel free to draw as many as you like, doing whatever you like! Just submit your work to the Art Portal and show them off here.
Those accepted will be listed below.
CURRENT SUBMISSIONS:
RULES:
Keep it clean.
The last thing the internet needs is more porn and corruption of all things cute and innocent.
No original characters.
This contest is about the show itself, not the deeply thought out OC from your ten page fanfiction.
EDIT: I've retracted the severity of the above rules. Treat them as more of 'guidelines' instead.
Only one submission per artist.
And remember, Newgrounds themes and crossovers are encouraged!

PRIZES:
1st Place: $100 in Newgrounds store credit ($50 courtesy of Luis), a MLP:FiM character toy of the winners choice, an interview with the interviewer (courtesy of The-Great-One) and a special Luna sig cropped by yours truly (the best prize).
2nd Place: $50 in Newgrounds store credit and a MLP:FiM character toy of the winners choice.
3rd Place: $30 in Newgrounds store credit and a MLP:FiM character toy of the
winners choice.
4th and 5th: $20 in Newgrounds store credit.
Note: Those hoping to encourage artists even further are welcome to include prizes of their own!

September 30th? Good. I might just have to enter this competition for the hell of it. Never entered a competition on NG before, but this should be a great start. :)
Also, since I don't have the equipment to do my artwork on a computer, I hope you don't mind a scanned drawing. I'll do my best though to make it look as good (and cute) as possible.
